The Conservas Grocery

The Conservas Grocery will showcase natural and low intervention wine with Basque and Portuguese inspired conservas (tinned fish dishes.) The menu is fleshed out with milk and nut cheese boards, cured meats, as well as fire-roasted flatbreads. Our list of suppliers celebrate local farmers, natural winemakers, and will seek creators that demonstrate a commitment to environmental conservation.

The Conservas Grocery’s menu of shelf-stable conservas, hard cheeses with a long shelf life, olives, and pickled vegetables will significantly reduce waste created in normal restaurant operations. Other waste reduction initiatives include, but are not limited to, eliminating single use plastics, extraneous cleaning chemicals, and reduced electricity. Additionally, a rigorous recycling and compost program will ensure we are a low waste company.
