
Patrick started working in bars in restaurants 10 years ago. In his early twenties, he worked on a logistics team for a warehouse owned and operated by the City of San Jose. Realizing this was not the career path for him, he returned to school where he eventually graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. Bartending to pay for college is where he found what he wanted to do with his life. His career in restaurants has taken him to Oakland, San Francisco, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Manhattan, Brooklyn, New Orleans, Oaxaca, Spain, and France.
His specialty is building simple, yet entirely unique Beverage Programs for your business. At the end of the day, you want something that is not only good, but also replicable by you and your staff.
